Payment and Delivery

This page explains how Makeseum accepts payment, how delivery charges are calculated, and how orders are shipped after production.

Payment methods

Makeseum currently accepts the following payment methods for online orders:

  • bank transfer
  • debit or credit card via Stripe

Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. If additional payment arrangements are available for a specific order, they will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

All payments are processed over a secure HTTPS connection.

Prices and delivery charges

The delivery cost is calculated during checkout based on the selected destination, courier service, parcel size, and shipment weight.

The final shipping price is shown before you place the order. Unless clearly stated otherwise, shipping is charged separately from the product price.

All prices shown on Makeseum.com are currently listed with 0% VAT.

Courier options and delivery methods

For orders within Bulgaria, the available shipping methods may include the following options depending on destination and service availability:

  • delivery to an Econt office or locker
  • delivery to an address via Econt
  • delivery to a Speedy office, locker, or box
  • delivery to an address via Speedy

If you choose office or locker delivery, you will need to select the exact pickup location during checkout.

After dispatch, delivery timing and tracking updates depend on the selected courier and service level.

Order confirmation and dispatch

After you place an order, we send a confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not receive it, please contact us at hello@makeseum.com or by phone.

  • You can follow the status of your order in your profile when this feature is available for your account.
  • If we need clarification about files, production settings, or delivery details, we may contact you before dispatch.
  • Orders may be delayed if the recipient name, phone number, address, or selected pickup point is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Tracking details are usually provided after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Production lead time and shipping time are separate. A completed order is shipped only after manufacturing, quality review, and packing are finished.

Destinations outside Bulgaria

For destinations outside Bulgaria, the available courier services, prices, and delivery timing may differ from domestic orders.

If a destination is not supported automatically at checkout, please contact Makeseum and we will review whether a manual shipping arrangement is possible.

Returns, delivery issues, and damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please inspect it as soon as possible, note the issue with the courier where appropriate, take photos, and contact us promptly.

Questions about complaints, defects, withdrawal rights, or custom-made items should be handled under our Returns and Complaints page.

Custom-made or clearly personalised products are generally not eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
