Your designs are your business, and protecting them is part of ours. From file upload to delivery, we treat customer files as confidential project data and limit access to what is required to quote, produce, and support your order. Access to customer files and production workflows is restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in the project. We keep internal access limited, separate responsibilities where appropriate, and require confidentiality obligations for staff handling customer information.
We use protected workflows for file transfer, storage, and production preparation. Customer files are shared internally only when necessary for the job, with exposure, copying, and retention kept to a minimum throughout the process.
Files submitted through our website are transferred over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. We retain project data only as long as needed to deliver the service, support the order, meet legal obligations, or follow agreed customer instructions. If you require a shorter retention period, we can discuss that in advance.
We do not use customer models, drawings, or production files for AI training, benchmarking, dataset creation, or machine learning. Your project data is used only for your order, not for secondary model-development purposes.
Some projects require more than a standard workflow. Depending on the scope, we can discuss NDAs before file sharing, customer-specific handling instructions, reduced retention periods, or alternative project identification methods. Just contact us and we will work with you on the right setup.
