SLA 3D Printing (LFS and MSLA Resin Printing) - Makeseum
  • Stereolithography

  • SLA

  • At Makeseum, we offer two classes of SLA resin printing: LFS (Formlabs) and MSLA (LCD-based). Choose based on your need for surface finish, cost, or speed.

Stereolithography (SLA) is a layer-by-layer manufacturing process that uses photochemical processes to bond chemical monomers together to form polymers. These polymers are then combined to form the body of a three-dimensional solid object.

Technology Overview

SLA can produce items with extremely high dimensional accuracy and fine detail. The excellent coverage of SLA parts makes them ideal for visual prototypes. Special SLA materials are available, such as transparent, flexible and casting resins.

Use Cases

Визуално прототипиране

Visual prototyping

SLA is a great technology for producing visual models and mock-ups for your designs.

Матрици

Matrixes

3D matrix printing combines the best of both worlds and enables dental labs and jewelers to produce accurate models with high repeatability.

Калъпи и инструменти

Molds and Tools

Stereolithography produces molds with high surface quality and fine detail, ensuring that the cast parts match the design with minimal post-processing.
